Robert E. Lee Plaque

This is a replica plaque that has been placed back in its original location. The first plaque was removed a few years ago by the "sons of the confederate" and placed across the street for the public to view. A small group of members felt that it was important for this to be replaced back on the property where it was originally located. Thanks to Louis Schimmel and William Jones from the turf care department at the foundry for a nice job in adhering the plaque on the large rock and placing it along side number 15 fairway.

Stocking the property with Trout

Every year we stock the ponds and streams at the Foundry with Rainbow trout. This allows the membership to enjoy some winter time activity. These fish are approximately 12-14 inches. Fly Fishing is all that is allowed. Thanks to Mr. Jim Hayes who is one of the original Founders of the club for his efforts in setting this program up yearly. The trout are paid for by volunteer donation from the membership.
